The purpose of this study was to monitor the physicochemical properties atorvastatin calcium sesquihydrate (ATC) ground products during grinding and explore polymorphous formation caused by intermolecular interactions. Changes in properties, such as surface adsorbed channel water content ( AW ), lattice BW crystallinity XRD% apparent solubility Cs were evaluated via X-ray diffractometry, thermogravimetry, near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy, initial dissolution kinetic methods.
